Name change
fonea is now rednea
As of 18 September 2026, fonea operates under the name rednea. Same company, same team, same service — only the name is new.
What stays the same
- Your phone numbers. Nothing changes about your call forwarding, and your calls continue without interruption.
- Your contract, your price and your billing. kraftscale GmbH (CHE-155.650.863) in Lachen SZ remains your contracting party.
- Your login, your settings, your call history and your assistant.
- Your contacts. Same team, same response times.
What changes
- The website now lives at rednea.ch. Every old link redirects automatically — there is nothing for you to update.
- Emails and text messages now arrive from rednea.
- Your assistant will say the new name on the phone once we have updated your configuration with you.
Why the change
A provider in the same market holds a registered trademark very close to our previous name. We chose to step around it on our own initiative rather than let it become a dispute. rednea is filed with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property.
