What is an agente de voz IA?
It is the Spanish term for an AI voice agent: software that combines speech recognition, a language model and a synthetic voice to hold a phone conversation in real time. Do I need to code to use rednea?
No. rednea is not a toolkit or a developer platform. There are no flows to design, prompts to write, models to choose or phone lines to buy separately. We set the agent up with you in about 30 minutes and you adjust hours, answers and rules in the dashboard in plain text.
How is it different from a developer voice-agent platform?
By what you buy. A developer platform sells components, usually billed per minute, and the work of joining them is yours; it suits you if you are building your own voice product. rednea is the finished product for one job, answering a business phone, for a flat monthly fee.
How much does it cost?
From €90 a month with 300 minutes included, €290 with 1,000 minutes, or from €590 with 5,000 minutes. No setup fee, no per-call charge and no minimum term.
Do I keep my number and my provider?
Yes. rednea receives calls through standard call forwarding from your landline, mobile or switchboard, with any provider. Your published number does not change and you can switch the forwarding off at any time.
What if the agent cannot answer something?
It does not invent an answer. It either transfers the call to your team, instantly if it is urgent, or takes a structured message with name, number and reason and sends it to you by email or text.
Can it connect to my CRM?
Calendars connect directly: Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. Other integrations are available on request. Without one, every call still reaches you as a summary by email or text.
